hehehe…. I just had no idea how to title this, so this is what you get!

Okay, so i just finished up my second October kit at like, oh 3 in the morning last night – But I really do think it was worth it because I’m really happy with what I came up with.

So meet my October Releases:

This first one is called “Free Fall” I really knew what I wanted with this kit – so much so, that I probably made 30 papers before I had the ONES that were right for it! I’m so into fall, and i thought a more lighthearted frestyle angle on it would be a fun way to clebrate it! Dani came up with the incredible name “Free Fall” I just love it!

This next one seriously kept me up at night – i really had the HARDEST time with the name, and thanks to G finally came up with something. Then last night it honestly kept me up till the crack of dawn – litterally, dawn was cracking and I was still up

But in the end i’m totally happy with it! Meet “Mr. Cool”

So there you have it! Basically what i’ve been doing for the past few weeks! Okay it is totally official! I’m SOOOOO thrilled to introduce you all to my 6 brand new team members!!!! Here they are in no particular order and a super page from the your favorite pair gallery.

Laurie Nowling – Laurie is such an awesome scrapper! I just found Laurie during this call and WOW, I was so drawn to Laurie’s beautiful, colorful pages! This is a page she did with techno grunge!!!

Jill Anderson- I’ve known Jill for quite some time and I just LOVE her! She is clever and unique, and so very fun! I’ve always loved seeing what she does with my goodies, and I know it is going to be a blast having her on the team! This is a page Jill did with techno grunge

Litzie Anchinges- You are all sure to love Litzie! She is adorable for one!!!! and she is such a fresh fun scrapper! I love Litzie’s work, and I’m SO proud to have her on the team!!! Here is a page Litzie did with “Carpe Diem” by Dani and I.

Tonya Renz- WOW this girl is smokin! That is all I can say! I’m talking energy, charisma, and a whole lot of talent!!! I can’t wait to see everything that she does with my stuff! I am already in AWE of all the pages she’s made with my kits! She rocked techno grunge like you wouldn’t believe!!! Here is one of like a zillion incredible pages she did with it!

Karen Lind Ramskov- Karen was on Dani’s guest team when we first opened Your Favorite Pair, and I totally fell in love with her! She is so incredibly sweet and fun and her pages are all extremely eye catching! You’ve got to love this totally unique page she did using techno grunge!

Kris Pack- I am in love with Kris’ gallery!!! Her pages are striking AND she has FOUR GIRLS!!! reason enough to be in awe, let alone the fact that two of them are a pair of twins. Her pages are gorgeous, just totally stunning! And I’m dying to show you the page she did with my upcoming kit “Free Fall” you’ll find it in the store this Saturday!

okay so sadly it will be REDICULOUSLY easy to list 5 weird things about myself -

1- I hate sleeping, day or night I’m am pretty much NEVER so tired that I want to waste time sleeping

2- I am so scatterbrained that I pretty much leave a trail of random crap behind me where ever I go – I have always been like this, I have honestly found week old coffee in my son’s closet before, from when i was putting away laundry I think.
3- I don’t like fruit, I will eat some fruit, but I never ever in my life have thought YUM a -insert any kind of fruit whatsoever here- sounds soooooo good. I will eat some fruit, but I have strange rules about fruit: I won’t eat anything fuzzy, and I only will eat peaches out of a can. I will only eat a banana in the kitchen (and my kids only can too) those things are so stinky! I also HATE melon, and dried fruit is just gross…. yes fruit and I are just not friends!

4- I have a little bit (g, don’t laugh when I say little bit) of a goth side. I love vampires. I love dark music. I love black. Sometimes I fantasize about getting tattoos all over my body. G always says I’m secretly a goth- well i guess the gig is up huh? hehehe

5- I think glasses are the sexiest thing on the planet. I LOVE glasses, and I dream of needing glasses seriously what could be cooler than some black frames to hide behind

Well those are the only ones you get – although it was a bit of a challenge to pick just those five.

By the way! Have you signed up in the store and subscribed to the newsletter yet? Trust me, now is the time because it is almost time for my very first newsletter, and it is sure to have some deals and treats for everyone (Now, I first have to figure out how to make a newsletter! Hehehe but THEN it is going to rock! ofcourse!)

Well, the last week of the month is always crunch week! Kits to finish, things to send, announcements and adds to make, code to fix! Plus I have some CT work to catch up on to boot! Seriously, it is busy!

Today I was sitting with my beloved lappy working on a few odds and ends when the two little ones climbed up on either side of me, they were grabbing my face, squishing my cheeks and squeezing as close as they could – I started trying to encourage them to go play when Owen said it – “We’re Doing this Because We Love You Mommy” – he was SO right, so I had to have a few cuddle minutes with my sweet boys! I love that about the laptop though, even if I’m working the kids can climb up next to me and give me some loves!

Yet Another Reason to Love the Laptop:

well – THIS is seriously one of those things that a mommy lives for, I was working, reece was playing and he climbed up on the couch with me and just snuggled right down to sleep, totally precious, and it was SO fortunate that I had the camera with in reach to set on the coffee table on timer to catch this moment. ahhhh. Very rarely does a two year old fall asleep on you – and I loved every second of it!

Now that I’m trying to be consistently designing like a “real” designer, I’m finding that I’m pretty much working from home… It does really require a lot of my time – and honestly I LOVE it, i sort of thrive on pressure and outside of the home gratification. (hmmm that sounded odd, but I can’t seem to word it any other way). But I can see the struggle to find the balance beginning. First steps I think are being sure to set aside time with the boysies everyday, and the big boysie too . I’m sure I’ll come up with some more plans, but I’m open to suggestions from my fellow computer lovin’ mommas.

So the CT has been picked, the emails are sent out and ALMOST all of them have accepted – still waiting on one, and I promise to make the big announcement AS SOON as I hear from her.

Also, cleaning up my linkies sorry for the mess! I still have some work but the condition of the sidebar is looking up!
