Well I don’t know why it was that I thought little boys don’t play dress up – I guess Gareth never got into the idea of trying on costumes and pretending to be all sorts of things, but Owen and Reece have imaginations you wouldn’t believe. Well we had a wonderful Easter weekend around here – We are still not making it out the door with all four boys (not to mention 2 tired parents) – but we did have my family over for the afternoon, and a nice relaxing day together. Last week I was so lucky to get more pictures done by my friend Dani – I just LOVED the maternity ones she did for us, so i was just thrilled when she offered to do newborn ones with Tennyson. It was so funny because usually Tennyson is in the habit of sleeping the day away, but we got to Dani’s house and he was WIDE awake pretty much the whole time, not only that, but he wanted to show off all his tricks. Short and Sweet today, but I have to say, I’m loving chore time around here… I know what you are thinking, but NO it is not so much because I love to work my kids like slaves! Really though it is wonderful to see my kids helping out around the house… and there is a sense of pride and ownership that they start to show for the house and I think it gives them a sense of belonging and purpose to know that they have jobs and ways to contribute.
