I say that completely without sarcasm. I mean it. About the personal appearance and also about caring less about what others think about you. Those things really do bring a little more joy to life. I myself, inspired by you, Sheri, and just the slender bodies surrounding my daily routine, made a New Year's resolution to lose some weight too, AND eat better, portion control, etc. So far so good. And I feel great. Somebody ought to write a book about how exercise makes people happier and more energetic. OH, wait, like 600 people already have! Anyway, congrats to Stephanie. If it couldn't be me, I guess I'm glad it wasn't someone I know who would rub it in my face :) Here's to a fab 2009!
