I feel for him. I did almost the same thing when I was 4 1/2. Stood on a table to see out the window and 'whooshed' onto the floor (same arm, same break). The good thing is that you got him care before most of the swelling set in. That's going to help a lot. TIP: blowing cool air up/down the cast helps with the itching. All the best to everyone!
