It’s that time again!!!  And this week I have a new kit and a new alpha to share!!

My kit is a bit…. emotive… this week (is that a word??).  I was feeling the need to get some feelings out… so I decided to do it in designer form:

peek-1-30

I can’t wait to show you the full thing, it is a little different for me, and I’m really proud of it!

You saw my page yesterday (just scroll down, it was two posts ago) but check out how the rest of my ct rocked it:

sometimesyoujustneed28b48s9102webattitude1_webbeingalittleemoDontPushMeover-the-effort-600thecornerweb

I’m also releasing a really simple alpha I made for something a bit ago – its simple and versatile, I think it will be a super useful alphabet:

simple-peek

So, there you have it!  Please note this is my FOURTH week in a row with a full kit in the shoppe!  I’m on the ball… well actually I’m not, really I haven’t been very on the ball this past week.. I’ve been struggling through some stuff, and so I think that just makes me all the more proud of myself – I usually end up in this pattern of doing GREAT then burning out and completely checking out.  For me to still be working, keeping up with life, through the hard times… Its something new to me, and I think its a good indicator of how far I really have come since when this all started last year.

So, rather than wallowing in our weaknesses this week, why don’t we all focus on our inner strength.  Post a comment here and tell me something that you are proud of – and remember every comment puts you in the running to win my new kit, or the new alpha!  If you share my post on facebook, or in twitter, or on your blog, just post an additional comment with a link to how you shared me!

You have until 8pm pst, or so when ever the store goes live with this week’s releases.  And sometime after that I’ll randomly pick our winners!!

ok, ready???  GO!!! and don’t forget to brag a little!!

(pst! don’t forget that if you are reading this through a feed on facebook, that you need to come to my actual blog to have a chance to win!)

  1. Really, I’m proud of me this week. In fact, the last 2 weeks because I’ve had my son, his wife, and 3 kids (4 yrs, 3 yrs, 1 yr) staying with us while their house is being worked on from the flood they had at Christmas. I haven’t gone off and told my DIL off!!!! Two women should NOT live in the same house!!! LOL Thanks for the opportunity to win.

  2. Shawna, this looks amazing! I love the colors, that clock and the punch label strips. I am dying to see the whole thing. I love the little alpha too. You really are on a roll.

Ooopps! The little person at my side just fooled with the mouse and we “submitted.” I am proud of myself for…more or less…sticking to my diet AND keeping the house pretty clean. I have decided that I can either feel stressed out by my darling kiddos or learn to let the little things slide (otherwise chocolate would get the best of me, lol.)

  3. Woohoo…four weeks and counting!! :) You go, Shawna!! Can’t wait to see this weeks kit in full!!

I’m proud that I have lost 7lbs over the last couple of weeks!! Neverending battle it seems…BUT…one day at a time!! LOL

  4. What a beautiful kit. I’m proud of finally getting my license in 2007 after I never thought i would. Seems little to some people but was a huge deal to me.

  5. Oh this looks fabulous! I cannot wait to see more!! OK, I am going to brag cause I am super happy to say that today I hit my pre-pregnancy weight! I lost 60 lbs over the past year. :)

  6. I really like this kit a lot – it looks like the perfect blend of bitter and sweet.

Lately I’m proud of myself for getting up nearly every morning this month and working out, in spite of long work schedules (several 8am-11pm days) and fibromyalgia pain. While I’ve lost only a little weight, I’m more proud that I am persevering and sticking with it instead of taking the easier road and quitting.

  7. The kit looks gorgeous, like all of yours do! I’m proud of myself for continuing to handle the second break-up (with the same man) and realize how much better off the kids and I are without him. Being a single Mom definitely isn’t easy, but my children make it all worthwhile!

  8. Oooo such a sweet colour there!!! Love the simple alpha too!

    Hugs for you dear :)

  9. Awesome!! Thanks for the chance to win!

I’m proud that I just ran my first marathon, never ever thought I could do that!! Nice kit!

  11. Shawna, I love the kit. I’ve been struggling the past two weeks about something very personal, but I am proud to say that I am strong, and I am a fighter!

  12. Looks wonderful Shawna! I think I’m proud that I stuck with P365 last year and so far this year I’m doing well too!

  13. Fun peek! I’m proud that I started running last April and am still keeping at it! :)

  14. Today I’m proud that I actually got two rooms cleaned while 8+ months pregnant and a preschooler and toddler in the house. Yah for small steps.

  15. Does having your 3.5 year old FINALLY go #2 in the potty today count. Seriously I feel like I accomplished something today! LOL Oh yeah and our bedroom closet is clean too! Woo hoo!!!

  16. I would like to tell Kim G that both of my boys were 3.5 before accomplishing that feat as well.. you should be proud of your patience! My boys are both teenagers now and I am so proud of them, they are sweet, good boys. All those days as a SAHM paid off! I am also proud of celebrating 25 years of marriage this year. It hasn’t always been easy….

  18. Love the new kit and the preview layouts! Hmmm, I’m proud this afternoon that my house is very clean (something that doesn’t always happen on a Friday). LOL

ooohhh… I’m excited about this kit! What I’m proud of is that I went and lifted weights at the Y yesterday… I’m really subconcious of myself to go out and exercise and I actually battled that demon and did it!!

  20. I am proud that I actually stayed in bed and took care of myself yesterday after being diagnosed with bronchitis the day before. I usually end up taking a day off and then working around the house, but I really did take it easy.

  21. I LOVE it….so I have to brag because I learned that sometimes you just have to let the dishes sit and not stress over it and just enjoy the moment! the dishes will still be there tomorrow :)

  22. I’m proud that I’ve lost 28 pounds & am now below 200 pounds!!!

  23. I am really proud of myself for eating right this week and avoiding soda and junk for the most part. I am also proud of my baby finally sleeping in her toddler bed which we just converted her crib to! She is just growing up so fast.

  24. Hey Shawna.. Love the sneak peeks. This kit looks awesome. I am proud of myself because for the first day this week I didn’t have a major pity party. Some recent bad news has made me real self centered, but today I was centered on my kids, the kitties and that I really do have a great life.

  25. Great job on the kit and for meeting those Friday deadlines for 4 weeks. I am proud of myself because I think the puppy is finally putting me at the top of her list finally.

  26. The kit looks fabulous, can’t wait to see more! This week, I’m proud that I am finally starting to get the house in order (a never-ending battle with young kids). Have been tidying toys every day instead of just leaving them, which clears the floor for cleaning, lol!

Proud of my firstborn for her honesty and her creative designing skills… and proud that I hit the bottom of my stacks on my desk- big feat to make myself stay at my desk!

  28. I’m proud of the fact that even though everyone has always expected mine and my husband’s relationship to end or fall apart since we are 23 with three kids we are still as in love as we were at 16.

(can you tell I really want this? lol)

  33. This looks like such a fun kit, great colors! I am proud of my husband and I for changing our eating habits and managing to lose a combine total of 112lbs so far. I don’t have much left to go but I am so pleased that we are passing on better habits to out two children.

  34. I am proud that I was able to admit that I had a problem, and seek help!

  35. I am proud of not being self absorbed with myself. I am tired of trying to look “perfect” … it can never be achieved. I have learned to love myself just as God created me. Yes, I need to change things, but ultimatly I am content with me … That is something to be proud of! :)

    BTW…??? the sneak peeks … sigh …

  36. I am proud that i am holding myself together while my dh is out of town for 3.5 weeks…he will not be home til Feb 12th….I have 3 girls that I am taking care of on my own while he is gone….with very little family support….but im pressing through and to top all that off I am getting a lot accomplished with this house in order to get it ready to sell this spring! I have thus far painted my little 2yr olds bedroom and have begun work on my older 2 daughters bedroom….2 walls down…2 walls to go! hopefully getting that finished so i can go ahead and finish the kitchen…in hopes of getting this all done before my husband gets home! maybe i’ll even get our bedroom painted!

    I kit look Fabulous!

  38. I’m pretty proud of the fact that I’m finally going to school for photography. Something I’ve always loved and now I’m learning so much. Hopefully one day I’ll be doing this for a living one day.

  39. ooohh, the sneak peak looks awesome! i have to remind myself of this constantly but… i am proud of all the roles i play. i work full time in the evenings, take care of my two kiddos during the day, and balance all the other “life” stuff in between. It’s exhausting and I know there’s easier ways to do this but I have to remind myself that this is the best thing in the end for me and my family.

  40. I can’t wait to see this one in all its glory. Your creative team really know how to rock a layout!

  41. Looks like an awesome kit again! :) I love all the layouts your team did!

I am proud of the fact that I have been eating more healthy food during this pregnancy and keeping my weight gain to a minimum. It hasn’t been easy some days!

  42. Great kit!!! It looks super cute! I am proud of the fact that I have been a lot better about drinking water instead of soda… even when the soda sounds better :)

  43. I am proud that I am managing to stay an adult through this divorce and actually get along just fine rather than fighting and making it harder on our son.

  44. I love the colors in the kit! I’m proud that I’m finally taking charge of my life and eating the right things – here’s to a new me!

  45. I am proud that I have gotton our financial affairs in order this week. I can’t wait to see the entire kit. Emotive is just what I need also to scrap with. =) Glad you were able to work through your hard times this week.

  46. I am proud that I finally took the time to figure out how to post my layouts to a gallery instead of just lurking and looking at everybody else’s designs. Finally, I am part of the online-world! Yay! Love the look of this new kit. That scribble-paper is my favorite! Congrats on a wonderful new design.

  47. I am proud that I am finishing up my 365 Project book for 2009.

I’m proud to be a mentor for our homeschool robotics team… they have done so well this school year with multiple First Place trophies … I am proud of what these kids have accomplished and honored to be a part of the team! I’m also proud that I have been able to keep up with the robotics scrapbook so they can show others what they have accomplished.

The new kit looks great! One thing that I am proud of is keeping up with my 365 for DD, I wanted to have 365 days of DD on her first birthday and I know I’ll make it!

  50. I am proud of my husband who just this week after literally months of working out is able to fulfill his requirements for going off to Marine boot camp. He should be leaving sometime in the next couple weeks! The sooner he’s gone, the sooner he’ll be home! :)

  51. I’m proud of myself for getting over my fear of needles and learning to give my daughter shots because she has to have insulin and she cannot live without it.

  52. another great looking kit this week Shawna! I hope you continue on this roll!

Something I’m proud of is my wonderful DH. His work situation pretty much sucks right now but he goes day in & day out. I appreciate all he does for us as a family, he sacrifices so much. Plus it doesn’t hurt that he looks pretty good in uniform ;) lol

Love the sneek, i am proud of my son, who has a speech developmental problem and each day he improves.

  56. More gorgeous work from you Shawna!! :) Let’s see…I’m proud of myself for being there and taking care of two of my 85+ year old aunts! I take them to their doctor appointments, get meds, take them out and about, etc.

  57. I bet this gorgeous! Can’t wait to see the full kit! I am proud of myself for sticking to the new budget we are on!! I hope I can keep it up :)

  58. I’m proud of the design board I made for our living room. We start painting in 2 weeks, and I can’t wait to see how it turns out!

  59. I love the colors of this new kit Shawna! Can’t wait to see them both.

  60. WOOT! The stores live folks! I’ll be posting a winner soon!

  61. I’m too late (plus I’ve bought the kit anyway) but I wanted to share how proud I am.

I’ve gone through a real rough time at work with bullying. Instead of resorting to self harming I ended up in a meeting confronting my bully!!!!!! That is a huge thing for me.

  62. WOW Shelley, that is HUGE, thanks for posting that!

The winners are up now everyone!
