January 31st, 2010: Proud Mom

Today I took Gareth running with me for the first time! After a year of roadblocks I decided it is the time to get out there and get back into running, and since I’m starting from scratch what better time to encourage my oldest to get into a running habit too! Gareth chose the waterfront as the place to start day1 of week 1 of the "Couch to 5k" and we got out there and went for it. I was so proud of my son today, he totally didn’t complain, didn’t struggle, and totally kept up with me – I’m in awe and I can’t wait to see him running a 5k
